Can you spec me a £800 system?

Hi have built some pcs this year and a friend now wants a build for £750-£800!

He has a new case Antec 1200 and an ssd and normal HD and optical drives.

So this is whats needed and a couple of conditions.

CPU Intel
GPU 7950 or 7970/280x no more than £240
Memory 16gb
Motherboard
PSU
CPU cooler pref liquid
This will be mainly for BF4 so the specs ned to be high as possible

thanks for the replies guys, a few question are antec ok for psu's and why would you choose the Matrix 7970 over say the 280 which is £240?

The matrix is clocked high (both core and memory) and include the Gold ticket giving you a choice of three games.
