Can you stop Media player from muting...

... when you pause the playback.
It is really winding me up now, when everytime I pause anything which uses MediaPlayer 10, it mutes the wave output on the sound card. This means that it also mutes teamspeak. It also does it with Napster which uses Mediaplayer.
Is this something anyone else suffers from or is it just me?
I have up to date drivers on an X-Fi Fatality.

Just started up Winamp and WMP. Loaded up an audio track on both. Paused WMP and Winamp continued playing.

Tested on a laptop and no outputs are muted in Sound and Audio Devices control panel.
