Some mobo aps let you overclock on the fly.

Other then that, i don't think anything short of visiting the bios will allow clock adjustment.

Google could have told you this btw.
 
on my asus aw9dmax you can do it from windows you can have 4 presets and change between them on the fly. only prob i found with that is changing ram voltage caused a reboot once.
