Can you transfer files to an iPhone via your wireless network?.

Got my iPhone connected up to my wireless home network. I have three other PC's on the network, is it possible for me to transfer files such as pictures from my main PC to the iPhone via the wireless network?.

Check an app called Discovery on the app store. Lets you connect to your phone over wifi via browser and xfer files, very nice
