Can you use 9.2.4 on a denon avr-x4200w

I have the above questions using a pioneer power amp that has 6 100rms channels can I do this though the pre outs ? Or do the limit lower models on the amount of channels they can process

Hi Mate, the Denon will do 5.1.2 with the internal amps and if you use an external 7.1.2

Thought as much I've got my eye on a avc-x3700H as hdmi 2.1
