Can you use an ipad as a second monitor screen ? (with a PC)

Am sure i seen somewhere saying an iPad can be used as a second screen

But i don't know if this means with a windows PC or with just a Mac

Used Duet for years with a Mac. If the Windows version is as good, you’ll be a happy camper.
