can you use the HD400 in the ivybridge CPU to add to another GPU

Out of all MVP benchmarks I've seen, it seems to give big boosts when you don't need it (eg. you're already at 100, 150 FPS), but when you're at 40 FPS, when you actually need it, it decreases your FPS.

Seems useless.
 
can't get the MVP thing to work at all, i thought it was itended to take over from the GPU for low power usage not boost performance at the top end.
