Can you Put a Core duo T2500 Processor on a normal Pc motherboard, Do you know what motherboard it would require.

the new mobile socket 479 (pentium m was 478 iirc) motherboards can take the new c2d mobile cpu's
aopen do a couple of options, one has a normal atx layout needing a pcie graphics card, the other has onboard gpu, abit, gigabyte and asus do that sort too.

Yea i believe the RM machines we have utilise those very boards and come with C2D 1.66 cpus. Extremely quiet but very finicky about the networks and 3 of 60 are dead already, only been 4 weeks or so darnit.
