Nope, Apple stopped signing it a while ago. Glad I downgraded my ipad 2 before it was pulled. It pretty much ruined what was, and now is again a fantastic device.
I find it pretty shocking that apple now longer allow users to downgrade an update which borks devices that were working fine. The ios 8 update downloads itself every week but I just keep deleting the download to make sure it doesn't get applied. Bloody annoying when it keeps taking up 2gb of space.
