Can your system take this PSU stress test ????

Have any you guys tryed the PSU stress test in OCCT http://www.ocbase.com/perestroika_en/index.php?Download

My watercooled system comes up with CPU overheated after only about 2minutes with my e8500 cpu at only 3800mhz
My System power draw was showing 630watts on my wattage meter..

P.S if you try this PSU (power supply) stress test and your system blows up don't blame me
