It says in support to make a webticket or forum post if wanting to cancel an order.

Could I please cancel this?

I'm going to lock the thread here and provide a single answer for you to refer to.

Support via the forums has been removed and replaced with a single web portal:

https://help.overclockers.co.uk/hc/en-gb

I'll make a note to the shop to remove the erroneous wording.

If you feel the cancellation to be urgent, I'd give them a call.
