Cancelation + refund situation?

Hi everyone,

I decided to cancel my rtx3080 within the 14 days period (cancelation done on 16/10 via dedicated form) but after two full weeks I still didn't have an answer or refund BUT I am still receiving my queue number...

Anyone can enlighten me what is happening? I order via credit and deposit is way gone out of my account.

if through here just go to the OcUK customer service area and ask in there and they will help :)

You won't get an answer here. Also the 14 day period only starts once you've received your card. So you don't need to worry about that.
