Quick question for people here.

I had a number which I wanted to port to O2. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S II on O2 on Wednesday online. They said they would not have any stock for 5 days so I went into a retail store yesterday and bought one. I used a PAC that I had to port a number across.

I arrived home just now to find a DHL bag with a Samsung Galaxy S II in it.

I assume this is the one I ordered online but I am pretty surprised it was just left without anyone signing for it.

Phone 1 - ordered online on Wednesday via Quidco
Phone 2 - purchased in store on Thursday

Phone 2 has the PAC used. Phone 1 has £40 from Quidco coming back and an extra 200mins per month

I would like to cancel Phone 2 and use Phone 1 but also get my PAC back. Is this going to be possible?

Not quite sure I understand the question. PAC codes are only used on the SIM right?

So you could just send back phone 2, switch the sim to phone 2 and your number will still be ported through.

The PAC is used on the SIM but is attached to the contract.

Contract 1 has the PAC
Contract 2 should have more minutes and have cashback

Not sure if it's possible, your best bet is to go to the O2 shop with both phones and explain the situation. But maybe wait until Monday in case you get a Saturday special.
