I need to cancel an order asap. Ordered at the weekend, it hasn't shipped yet according to my account, and I no longer need the item.

Tried to phone but just rings out for ever. I've sent a web note and posted in CS forum, how long will it take to be acknowledged does anyone know? Do they have no staff on at the moment or something.
 
Webnote's the way mate. Worst comes to worst, refuse on delivery if order gets dispatched. Keep trying on the blower - time consuming but the only sure way.
