Hi guys, I am currently having a problem regarding an order I placed with a website which makes personalised fortune cookies. My group at uni thought it would be a good way to promote for our campaign. I had cancelled the order before the cookies were produced but have been told there is a £30 cancellation charge which I told them is extortionate and there is nothing on their website (http://www.clickthecookie.co.uk/) regarding costs for cancellation. I placed the order over the phone so i'm not sure if that makes a difference. I understand that they have done some work, according to them they have produced artwork, they have sent me a copy of this which amounts to two lines of text that I sent them in a PDF. Can they charge me for this cancellation?
