I joined EE in July this year on a 12 month contract, I was offered unlimited calls/text and 4GB 4g data.
My allowance refreshed last week and somehow EE claim I have used 2gb already, when in fact i've used somewhere near 600mb. I've read a lot of people complaining about EE and their miscalculation of data usage so decided to give them a call and only to be told they are unable to tell me where my data has been used due to data protection?! It's my data!!
Do I stand any ground to cancel my contract early without paying termination charges?
