I'm moving out from our student house and back in with the parents at the end of the month so will need to cancel the broadband, how long does it take to cancel with NTL?
I tried to find the info on the NTL site but can't and can't be bothered hanging on a line for hours to get an answer.
I'm guessing I should cancel now?
