Cancelling Sky rolling contract?

I want Sky Stream for F1 with UHD. I know you can't get Sky without getting the base package.

You can get Sky Stream with Entertainment package and Sky sports both with rolling 31 day contract.

If I got it with Entertainment, Sports and UHD would it be possible to cancel Entertainment and keep Sports?
