Cancelling Virgin ADSL (which ISP?)

I've just sent a complaint to the ISPA about Virgin Media. Hopefully they will let me cancel my contract because it's so horrible I've actually started to detest the internet and on-line games. My exchange is the Greenhithe exchange, and it's not LLU enabled. Which ISP would be best for me? I can't get cable in my area unfortunately. I don't really want to spend more than £20 a month either.

Even though I can't stand the idea of it, i've come to accept the fact that I will be throttled, but I don't want an ISP that lies about it. If I'm throttled, I still expect less than 100ms ping in ET:QW and WOW.

Again, my exchange is the Greenhithe exchange. If you need to know my postcode let me know.

Cheers for the help guys;

You don't necessarily have to be throttled, but if you only want to pay £20 a month and have no LLU options you're probably going to have to accept capping or traffic shaping at peak time.

For example, Enta resellers like UKFSN offer 30GB peak/300GB off-peak for £20/month - it depends how much you use and when you use it.
If you don't use that much overall, there's ISPs like IDNet who'll offer a much lower cap for the same money but with better overall QoS.
