Cannon Fodders Returns

Yep, Cannon Fodder is getting a remake for the PSP. It's getting a graphical overhaul and will include a four-way deathmatch option and allow you to call in air strikes. New weapons include Flame thrower and sniper rifle.

Apparently its being made a lot more tactical than the original. I don't think it looks that bad personaly and might be just as much fun as the original.

Hehe, i can remember borrowing a mates CD32 years ago and spending hours playing Cannon Fodder

. Got it kicking about here for SNES and Megadrive i think, i'll have to hook up a console and give it a blast...

Bugger the PSP & 360 get it on the DS with full touch screen controls

Though an XBLA of the original Cannon Fodder would be a welcome addition.

Sigh, I had to get rid of the PSP and go DS, did I...
Hopefully goes multi-platform as the Cannon Fodder games were and always will be legendary. Anyone who disagrees is wrong and should hang their heads in shame.

i play on the psp more than my ds but i have to say it should play better on the ds if it came out,
but having said that,some great retro games coming out on psp

gradius collection
and ultimate ghost and goblins

Yeah i noticed some good retro games coming out for the PSP, but i dont think id ever play it if i got one! im too addicted to the 360

Yeah i hope they are back, but its not confirmed. Can't find out or codemasters are yet to release info about who is actually developing the game. Still Jules and Jops should return for nostalgia reasons.
