Cannon Ixus replacements?

Looking for suggestions for my very battered Ixus 80. We have a larger camera (Cannon D650) and iPhone7 so I'm still trying to think if I should replace it or not -and- what options there are?

Use will be landscape, both at distance and town with people. With the odd occasion for night time.

Deliberately not including budget to see what's out there.

Oh - must have RAW uncompressed and long exposure options.

Sony rx100 series are what if always recommend at that kind of size .Get whichever one your budget stretches to (they range from £300-£1000)

Panasonic TZ100 or TZ200 would another 1" sensor compact.
As you mentioned landscapes lens of those would have good range for those.
Except for latest RX100 VI those Sony have short zoom range.
