Cannot activate Shadowplay?

[On Holiday]

Any suggestions on this?

I click the on/switch button, it says "Activating ShadowPlay" and then goes back to this;

Fresh install of Win 7. All Windows Updates completed. Latest 335.70 driver.
Have tried un-installing and performing a clean installation.

Try updating to 337, it should come with shadow play 2.0. Worth a shot

My mistake, it is indeed 337.50 that I have installed.

I haven't tried using it since moving to 337.50. How clean of a reinstall did you do? Ddu clean?

I would imagine you are missing something like Microsoft network 4.0 (or whatever it is called) or something similar.
