Cannot Connect To iTunes Store.

Hello there,

Recently got an iPhone 4S, works great, except the app store...

Here's my problem,

My iTunes account works fine, i can select albums, preview them, purchase them. Yet on Appstore, i can view top charts, featured apps, search, etc, but as soon as i tap on ANY app, immediatley i get the error "Cannot Connect To iTunes Store"

Same problem through Passbook, problem occurs on Wi-Fi and 3G. Have updated my OS to latest version, have tried changing the date to trick my phone into working, have reset my iPhone, have logged out and back into my iTunes account, ive reached the end of the road.

Is there anything else i can do ? Such as make a new iTunes account or take it into an Apple store?
