Cannot create client backups in whs 2011

Cannot solve this issue but being new to all of this I must be missing something Obvious

there is no option in the dashboard to create a backup for any of my client pcs

Ihave even done a fresh install of windows server 2011 and still there is no entry in the back up tab

Problem solved. it was an issue with the installation on the client PC of the connector software. i had to uninstall and install this
