Cannot find Firefox Full download

Firefox is being stupid and wont install over the web.

I cannot find a link to the "full file" install - does one exist please?

I believe it should be on here: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/

For future note, these are typically called offline installers

successfully installed - just wouldn't run from installer.
