Just had a fresh install of Win7 Pro. I cannot get the correct time. I set the BIOS time then boot. OS time is Ok but after a while it changes. It's now 1450! I then set it again in the OS but it still changes.

When does the time change? While the PC is on or off?

If it's while the PC is off, it might be a motherboard issue, try changing the BIOS battery as a start.

If it's while the PC is on, then look at your Network Time Service stuff, it might be updating the time from somewhere weird.

you can get windows to load a new every time you boot. Wont solve your problem but you will have accurate time on your pc when it stays on.
Looks as though your bios is not retaining time setting, battery flat?

The motherboard I bought as a bundle (being lazy lol) so its brand new.

I changed the time in the BIOS, booted up and correct time shown in OS. Then after a while it suddenly changes to the incorrect time in the OS.

I had the same problem with an Asrock mobo tried all the obvious fixes in the end nothing worked :( ended up buying a new mobo.

Hope you sort the problem out as for me it was a annoying fix that i couldn't get fixed :(

Ok ive changed the battery and seemed to fix the issue. Which is very odd because the mbb battery works fine in my 3d glasses lol!
