Is anybody else having trouble accessing EBay?

I have been getting the 'Cannot display the web page' error for 2 days now.
All other web pages seem to load fine. Same problem on the laptop as well as desktop, although the laptop will load the main page but when I sign in the error comes up again.

I have also been getting intermittent broadband via my NTLcable modem, don't know if this is the cause. Have been told there is a problem at the local exchange, don't if its fixed yet but pages are a bit slow sometimes and the modem rebooted last night.
Strange about ebay though....

Thanks...

That doesn't work for me,
but this does http://www.ebay.co.uk/

Well... yea, i imagine that would work for you because your internet isn't broken ;)

Try that IP address which is ebay's to see if its a problem with your DNS.

Another way is to ping ebay.co.uk from a command line and double check it against that ip address.

Does that give you anything?

Hi Sp00n, thanks for the reply.

All I get is 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'
But if I click on the ebay.co.uk link I get the main page but can't get into My eBay!!

How do I ping, is that from the 'DOS' command promt?
If so it times out...

Update:

It would seem my problem is caused by the NTL exchange fault.
Phoned NTL this evening and was told they have had the same problem reported by other users.
Since then my connection is more off than on!
Lets hope its them fixing it :p

I can now access ebay, but only in the short time the connection is working, so I have to be quick. ;)

Thanks for your time and comments. :D
