Cannot get memtest too boot from my usb stick.

I followed the correct instructions on how to set my stick up to fat32 and i put the memtest files onto a memory stick. I reboot but it just goes past the boot screen and logs into windows. I tried all of the usb stick boot options and nothing.

If you have a CD/DVD burner burn the bootable ISO to a disk? (obviously ignore if you havn't got any discs/burner etc..)
