Cannot install ASUS Update

Upon trying to install, I get an ASUS BIOSINFO.DLL warning, then: "No ASUS motherboard. Instalation will be aborted now"

I'm not really sure where to start....

Want to update my bios because getting lock up when pc is understress
setup is quad core 4860 ati asus rampage board

ok cheers done the bios update but stilll getting random restarts
and no error logs what could be the prob
