Cannot Install .Net framwork!

Im trying to install Windows Live on my Windows 8.1 system.

Keeps throwing up the error 0x800F0906

Ive tried all the solutions mentioned here,None have worked!

So frustrated right now,Bloody windows i hate it!

Genuine copy yes,Re-installed Windows today..ran updates and everything..restarted and now trying to install all my apps etc..but only live mail wont install!
