Cannot install new print drivers for Epson (Mac OS X)

Member of staff bought a new Epson printer (BX525WD)

The print server is running windows server 2003, installed the printer with no problems and it works on our XP machines.

The two eMac machines running OS X can both see the printer but they do not have the latest drivers to add the printer.

SO I tried downloading the Mac OS X Common Updater from Epson and ran this. It installs with no problems but the latest epson drivers are no-where to be found. Not being used to messing about with an eMAC, I have no idea where these drivers install to.

Any ideas guys?
 
Issue is to do with the OS version I think, one machine is running 10.4 and the other is 10.3.

I had to download custom open source drivers and although the printer model still wasn't supported. There was a driver for a model of printer very close to the one I needed. This appears to be working for the moment.

The eMacs will be PowerPC and well over 5 years old. I doubt Epson are supporting non-Intel Macs or anything pre OS X 10.4.11.
