Small office network, one router downstairs... Our PCs in the upstairs office are on a specific IP range and the PCs in the office downstairs are on another. Our PCs run through a switch which is then connected to the router. This has been changed on a number of occasions to eliminate it as a problem source.
Both upstairs and downstairs can surf the net without a problem but our PCs upstairs occasionally cannot login to any website, be it hotmail, ebay or our phone switch. It just jumps back to the login page.
Restarting the router doesn't seem to help and the ISP is useless with their tech advice.
Any ideas please?
