Cannot Open PDF files Without Downloading Them First

I have recently found that when I try to view a PDF file it is does not open but downloads instead. I can then open no problem from my download folder. This changed recently and is very annoying.

I am using Windows 10, PDF-Exchange Editor and Firefox.

Any help would be appreciated.
