I've tried pretty much everything under the sun to try and get this router to actually forward the ports im telling it to, i've disabled intrusion detection and the routers firewall as well, yet my NAT type is still classed as Strict on games and if i use port checkers on the internet they say literally every port is still closed to incoming connections?!

I'm pretty much at the end of my tether with this now, anyone got any ideas? :(

Yep reset it 1000 times over, literally cannot get it to accept any incoming connections on any ports. Tried it on a couple of computers/laptops as well all with no firewalls etc.

Even the upnp doesn't help, it assigns the outgoing port fine but it just will not accept any incoming connections?!

damn, i think i have the same problem as you

i have a spare router, im going to try that, but it looks like the o2 box is just a pain when it comes to NAT type and port forward

port forwarding works fine on the o2 II box so you're either doing it wrong or your box is borked. :p

simple thing to do is go to home network and you should see your devices names you click on one then config set it to always use same address then select ports you want that should work.

or flash it with bebox firmware which is better anyway
