Cannot reset origin password

Hi

I made an origin account a few months back but forgot the password. When i click reset passwords it sends a URL to my email but when i click it Firefox cannot find the address.

Does anybody know how to reset the password as i cannot install fifa 12 at the moment. ive tried making a new account but then it says my id is wrong

Try IE?
Serious suggestion, as i can do national lottery scratchcard things online on ie, yet not on ff.
Oddly our forum software allows swift forum rearranging with graphical gui in ff and not ie, bit unsure as to why.

thanks it was only half url showing in Firefox

how do install fifa 12. i have orign. when i login it says says no game detected for this account

ive got it going i think. it first would not launch the game so i had to log in and out again.

then it said code in valid so i had to long in and out again.
