Crucial Ballistix cannot store data in ram

Hi guys
has anyone ever come across a Error Message like this before when using memtest. i am running the ram at stock and im not to sure what it means

Did you read the memtest FAQ?

Did you set the program up as the instructions require? The instructions are quite lengthy and if you can, you're better off running the DOS version from a boot floppy.

i did look at the FAQ but i cant see anything about my problem .and i was using the windows memtest
