Cannot Uninstall Active Erase

When i try to a pop up says "could not open install.log file"; this occurs when i try to do it via my computer in windows 7; or selecting the uninsall link in the folder and start menu or when using C Cleaner. Please advise

Try Revo uninstaller or the Windows Installer Cleanup utility.
