cannot uninstall object dock 1.5

using vista ultimate, can uninstall other programs but objectdock 1.5 just wont go.

click on computer
click on uninstall or change a programme
select objectdock and click on uninstall/change

Nothing absolutely nothing, its fine with other apps but not objectdock, anyone else come across this. BTW it doesn't have its own uninstaller

just found an uninstaller in the programmes own folder but still unusual why windows couldn't deal with it
