Canon 350D - stop it making a new folder ater 100 files

When I used to use a 300D, I downloaded images via zoombrowser and it all loads into one file named with that day's date, no matter how many images I took. If I use another card, those images will download also into that same folder, if taken on the same day. On the next day it will create a new folder.

If you're just opening via Windows Explorer I think there'sno way around it.

When I first used my 350d, I extracted the images by connecting the cam to the pc and using the default transfer software that came with it. It just extracted all the pics into one dir.

After that I got a card reader and used it to transfer, which is when I noticed the 100 pics per folder thing.

You cannot stop it, they fixed the "issue" in the 30D though! probably the 400D too...

It's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Shame they couldn't fix it with some sort of firmware update.
