Canon 35D?

All rumours at the moment. As I said in another thread some solid evidence should emerge at PMA which is at the end of february.
 
Yup - These picture have been doing the rounds for the last month or so. It's quite likely that some official info will be leaked before PMA (26 Feb - 1 March) but these are just rumours.

I'm more interested in the new Canon 50mm 1.2L lens rumour ;)

As i've been working in a camera shop for the last week, I heard from the Canon rep that it would be worth holding off buying any digital SLR's for the next couple of months as there's going to be a big launch of new models.

I'm just waiting for it so it pushes down the price of the 20D :)

As SDK said there are rumours of a new 85mm 1.2 L that has USM but apart from that nothing really.

Unlike bodies the technology in lenses doesnt change much at all, if you look at the age of some of the lenses in Canons lineup its quite surprising how old they are, the 70-200IS was originally produced in 1999.

Was hoping to get a replacement for the kit lens
 
I only want one rumour to be true. ISO6400. If The 20D replacement had ISO6400 that was as good as ISO800 on my 10D it would be perfect. Lots more light, great noise for atmospheric gig shots. Hopefully it comes out in March with plenty in stock by June as I'll be in Toronto then hoping to benefit from some foreign discount :D
