Canon 6D or 5DMKIII

I am in need of a new camera as my 500D is getting a little old now

so do I get a

Canon 6D with the 24-105mm f4l IS

or

Canon 5DMKIII body only

both are about the same price and the 24-105 would be handy to have but what do you think

I shoot anything mostly landscapes and buildings

Lenses I own

Sigma 150-500mm
Sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6
Canon 18-55mm IS kit
Canon 50mm f1.8
Canon 90-300mm

Also why 5DMKIII

Poor ISO has taken best part of 50000 shots if not more its not full frame

Thanks but I would rather stick with my 500D than get a 600D

All my lenses will fit full frame apart from the 18-55mm

Also I think he means it can focus better in low light as well

i have a 50mm f1.8 and i still need to use it at f1.8 iso 800 and 1/30 sec as for me anything over 800 there is to much noise

The only lens I will lose is the 18-55 kit (but i am not selling my 500d) and I will still have a range from 10mm to 500mm I just won't have 21mm to 23mm

That is where you are wrong the sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6 does work on full frame as I have used it on a 1ds
