hi people,

i am looking at the two cameras above to upgrade from my 450D (how much are they worth nowadays?), but between the 2, there are pro's and con to each... i would like to get into raw size files and be able to play around a bit more on photo...
i will be taking a range from landscape photos (the 700D hdr mode is interesting), to moving shops of birds, cars, planes etc..
just wondering if anyone could give me any advice, and they are quite closely price..
many thanks

What lenses do you have atm? Tbh 450D to 700D is not a massive upgrade despite it being 5 generations apart. I'd be surprised if you could really tell a significant different between them given the same lens. If you still have the kit lens, then a new lens would definitely show a much better improvement in image quality.

You can also use the bracketing options on your 450D to create HDR's.

I think it goes up to +/- 3EV, you can then use some software to stack them.

I got the kit 18-55mm lens, 100mm macro lense and a 70-300mm lense..
I know I can take raw with my present camera, but after about 5-7 shots the camera slows down, I would like to take more than these before it needs to catch up.. The sd card isn't a slow one either

i went with the 60D weighing up cost etc and was deciding between 70, 60 and 7

i really find the folding screen very very useful!!
