Canon 70D at this time, worth ?

So, my question is rather straightforward, is the Canon 70D a good buy at the time ? Perhaps some of you guys 'in the know' have a hunch about soonish releases worth waiting for ? The price is right for me and I've watched comparison videos against the Nikon lineup back and fourth, but at the end of the day I would very much like to avoid having the 750D, for example, come out Q1 2015 and rock my world.

Also, for the record, I'm going to be getting wide-angle glass for real estate photography.

There will always be a new camera a few months away/just around the corner. If it fits the bill, get it. There won't be an 80D for some time, and the 700D replacement will be some time away too, and is from a lower range. Whilst features do cascade down over time, you could keep putting your purchase off indefinitely as you wait for the next model.

Certainly seen no mention of a 750d but Julian already said, there's always something new coming out. Buy the best you can afford and you can't go too far wrong and the 70d is a decent camera
