My wife has been an amateur photographer for a while now and has started to do the odd paid for pho shoot. Her main camera is a canon 7d with a Canon 1000d as a back up. She has just won a photo competition, the prize being a Nikon d7000 with an 18-105 VR lens , now to the question, should she keep this camera, as her new back up camera, or sell it and stick with Canon - with a view to eventually being able to afford a full frame 5d?
