Does this mean the 600D and 650D will come down in price? Would be great since I could do with an upgrade from my 350D

maybe, maybe not, there isn't always a drop in price because the older cameras are already reduced in price relative to the release price and the new model. A lot depends on surplus supply. Sometimes the older cameras carry on being sold at the same price, sometimes they even go up in price.....

I expect since the 650 and 700 are so similar prices will drop a little on the 650 at somepoint but the savings wont be huge compared with current prices.

Canons policy of late has been price increases on new kit, so I doubt the previous model will drop.
