hey,
i need some compatiable cartridge ink for the ip2000 (proper ones are too expensive), and was wondering as long as it says BCI24 ink then it will run on the ip2000 right?
reason is i found some compatiable ink for like 70p but it doesnt say its compatiable for ip2000 but its BCI24 which is what the ip2000 uses.

can anyone help me out?

oh really?i got some from a online supplier and they were great but they dont sell them anymore. so i am correct in thinking as long as its a BCI24 it doesnt matter if the description says its compatiable with ip2000 right?

p.s. you might want to edit the competitor, dont think its allowed here

Search the famous auction site as they have many Canon Ip cartridges. Some canon branded others not but all for reasoaable prices and far less than the high street.

I wouldn't trust any ink that doesn't say it's not compatible as it will clog very easily if the incorrect stuff.

Auction site eg: CANON PIXMA iP1000 iP2000 BCI-24 INK 2 CaRTRiDGeS (1 black & 1 colour) for Buy It Now: £0.99 with £1.99 postage from the US.
