Canon Ixus 65 vs Fuji F11
Sorry I originally posted this about the F10 and couldn't edit the title - but I see the F11 is a similar price and the latest revision
Hi all... It's been a while since I've made it into Photograph and Video and as is always the case after a long absence, I'm thinking of buying a new camera
I want something pocket sized that I can take to University and on holiday, will have a good battery life and most importantly good picture quality. My current digital camera is a Canon G3 - which I've loved and is why I automatically thought Canon again.
The thing is, on paper there's not a huge difference between the Ixus 65 and the F11 in the way of specs but the price difference is £100!
Is the Ixus worth the extra cash over the Fuiji? In a lot of ways I'd rather 'only' spend £150 as then I won't feel guilty if it gets damaged etc. and I'll be unafraid to take it everywhere.
Is there anyone the Ixus has that the F11 doesn't? Also, does the F11 have on board DC/USB and take away the need for the little breaker box you needed for the F10?
Also, has SD now become the standard for memory card? It's a bit annoying as I already have about 3GB of storage in CF
