I have just bought a Canon PIXMA iP3600 printer and seem to have hit a brick wall when it comes to loading plain paper!!
Now this printer seems to have dual loading trays one at the top for photo paper and one at the back but it also seems to have a tray at the back.
I have tried to load paper into each one and every time it comes up the paper tray is empty - I am attempting to clean the printer heads and the only time I managed to successfully feed the paper in it just run straight through the printer without doing someting.
Reading in the manual it says the plain paper tray has a cassette than can take 240 sheets of paper but I don't seem to have that.
WTF am I doing wrong here guys??

and once fitted the printer prints fine from the top printing tray but no matter what I do it won't print from the front cassette - it simply clicks as if it is loading then comes up the paper tray is empty!!
