Hi all

Sorry - Might be a silly question

...When you view a picture using the Canon Software supplied with DSLR cameras..

Does this software tell you the exact settings you used for each pic? (i.e. ISO, Shutter speed etc..)

Thanks

Yes, in ZoomBrowser when viewing the photo click on View > Properties and it will show the EXIF information, you can also see the AF point used by selecting View > Show AF points.

In DPP in the develop window you can also view the EXIF by going to File > Info and the AF point by going to View > AF point.

You can view the EXIF in other apps other than the Canon software, I use an extension for Firefox called FxIF which can be found here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5673 .
