You can get more "cashback" per say when buying from DigitelRev compared to Jessops etc

When did you buy the lens? The terms and conditions of this cashback stipulate that the lens must have been purchased from a UK or ROI dealer between 18th October and 24th January 2013.

If your lens fulfills this criteria, you fill in the application form available from the page that Kingdamger linked and you will get £55 back from Canon. The Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 L USM Macro lens is one of the ones on the cashback list.
